The Franklin Arts Trick-or-Treat Event was created 3 years ago in memory of Seth Lane Schardin, who loved Halloween. This event gives children with handicap needs a safe, accessible, indoor place to trick-or-treat in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Children of all ages and abilities are welcome and encouraged to join!
